Hello! I recently flew out of Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal and was truly impressed by how effortless it all seemed in the terminal. Check-in went smoothly, and the attendants were so helpful and friendly, even when I had to inquire about my carry-on. The terminal wasn't very busy at all, and this made the entire experience—the security check right up to boarding—so much more relaxed. I discovered a good place close to the gate to charge my phone and have a coffee before the flight. All the people around me appeared to be in good moods, and that's always a good omen!. I'll surely use this route again. Huge appreciation to the staff for keeping everything in order and friendly!
