For the Pav (Bread):
- 8 pav buns
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Step-by-Step Method
1. Cook the Vegetables
Boil potatoes, peas, and cauliflower until soft. Mash them lightly and set aside.
2. Prepare the Bhaji Base
In a large pan, heat butter and oil. Add cumin seeds and onions — sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft and pulpy.
3. Add Spices & Vegetables
Mix in Pav Bhaji Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt.
Add the boiled vegetables and mash them together using a masher.
Pour in some water and let the bhaji simmer for 10–15 minutes on low flame.
