He began with Conseco Finance, starting in sales and then moving onto training. Chad was managing a team for his branch of Conseco when they were bought out by Countrywide Home Loans. There Chad 's team excelled, reaching the highest production levels in Texas and setting new records. Chad was ultimately promoted to Branch Manager.
