Step 1: Find the Four Cryptic Messages
1. Gentry Manor Hotel: The first message is located near the pool area of the Gentry Manor Hotel in West Vinewood. The message reads: "Old Fred acts nice, but it ain't so!".
2. Galileo Observatory: The second message is at the Galileo Observatory and reads: "David Richards knows.".
3. City Hall Parking Lot: The third message is in the City Hall parking lot in Alta and says: "Fred makes cartoons for kids, funny thing considering what he hid.".
4. Oriental Theater: The fourth message is next to the Oriental Theater in Downtown Vinewood and reads: "Ain't no mystery. They drowned her because of what she knew!".
Step 2: Investigate Further
After finding all four messages, you will receive additional clues:
1.Sunken Body: Locate a sunken body off the west coast, near Fort Zancudo. You'll need a submarine or scuba gear to find it. The body is stuck in a concrete block at the bottom of the ocean.
2.Letter Clue: Visit Solomon Richard's office at Richards Majestic after completing the "Meltdown" mission. Read the letter on his desk, which reveals a confession from Fred Quincy about murdering Isaac and his secretary.
Step 3: Find Isaac's Body
Head to an abandoned mine in Great Chaparral. Use a heavy weapon to blast open the entrance and find Isaac's body inside GTA 5 Enhanced Accounts buy.
Step 4: Claim Your Reward
After solving the mystery, you will unlock two Noir filters for your camera and gameplay. These filters can be activated by visiting Isaac's body or dialing his number from any protagonist's phone.
