Hi! I just wanted to say how great my experience was flying out of United Airlines MAD Terminal. The airport is new and big, and the entire check-in process went much more smoothly than I had anticipated. The United people were friendly and helpful—they even double-checked my connection details and assisted in printing a new boarding pass. Security was swift, and I had more than enough time to get coffee and sit around the windows prior to my flight. The gate itself was tidy and boarding announcements were obvious. It's these little things that will make international travel a little less stressful. I'm anticipating flying with them again!
