Traveling with family across the United Airlines MSP Terminal was truly a very convenient experience. The terminal was large and hygienic, making it effortless to navigate with children and suitcases. I was particularly grateful for the family restrooms, which were clean and well-appointed for parents with small children. There were several seating areas with charging points as well, so charging devices for entertainment was not an issue. The United Airlines staff were extremely courteous and even helped out when they saw me struggling to handle a stroller and carry-ons. There were quiet areas to sit and wait before boarding, which soothed the children. Moreover, having an ample variety of food, including children's meals, made the wait more comfortable. Overall, this terminal felt very family-friendly, and I would not hesitate to pass through again with my kids. It made flying out at the airport a breeze.
