Hi! Just a quick word of my experience in the Southwest Airlines MIA Terminal it was truly wonderful! I had a morning flight, and I figured there would be long lines and pandemonium. But not so it was clean, tidy, and remarkably relaxed. Southwest's check-in personnel were efficient and polite, which just set the mood for the remainder of the day. I really liked how the boarding process was managed; no confusion or last-minute gate changes. There were even helpful updates on the screens and over the speaker system. It’s clear Southwest has a good thing. I’d definitely recommend flying out of this terminal!
