The economical airline Flyadeal, which is a Saudi subsidiary, effectively began operating in Pakistan on February 1, 2025. The first flight, F3-661, was welcomed with a ceremonial water salute upon its arrival at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi from Riyadh at 8:04 AM. In an effort to meet the rising demand for affordable travel alternatives, particularly among religious pilgrims and the Pakistani diaspora, this represented a significant expansion of air service between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
At first, Flyadeal provides two weekly flights to Karachi: one on Thursday from Riyadh and one on Saturday from Jeddah. The airline will increase the number of weekly flights between Karachi and Jeddah from two to four by March 1, 2025, as a result of the positive reaction. For these schedules, the airline uses Airbus A320 aircraft, which have 186 seats per flight.
Flyadeal has opened an office in Karachi and is utilizing Matchless Global Group's present office network to work with them as its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Pakistan. Through reservation, scheduling, and customer service, the association intends to provide travelers comprehensive assistance. Flyadeal has also partnered with Bookme.pk, which eliminates international transaction fees by enabling Pakistani travelers to purchase flights using particular payment methods.
