 A Glimpse into the Daily Routine of Students

 Wake-Up Call at 5:20 AM 
The day at The Modern School ECNCR-Delhi begins early and establishes a balanced schedule that includes academics, extracurriculars, and relaxation. By 5:20 AM, students wake up energised for a day full of learning at school.  

 Morning Refreshments at 5:40 AM
With nutritious snacks full of fresh fruit and milk in the mess hall, the students start their first meal. The menu is carefully curated to cater to the diverse tastes and needs of growing children, ensuring that each one of the students receives the nutrients their body requires.

Early Exercises at 5:45 AM
Exercise and stretching are important components of a balanced life for students. These exercises engage students and fill them with energy that prepares them for the day ahead of them. 

  

 

 

Breakfast Meal at 7:20 AM

As another hearty meal, the breakfast is rich in fibre and seasonal ingredients. The first meal of the day enriches students with the energy required to have the awareness to engage in their studies. 

Classes Begin at 7:50 AM
Students at the dayboarding school in Delhi join their peers for classes and academic activities. The teachers at the school engage them with their stimulating curriculum that is designed to foster curiosity, knowledge, and skill-building. 

Lunchtime at 2:00 PM
The boarding school students return to the mess hall for their lunchtime meal. The students get a balanced meal that is packed with essential nutrients that allow them to recharge for the rest of the day’s activities. 

Afternoon Preparations at 2:40 PM
In their dormitories, the students spend their time completing their homework, projects, or any other pending work. This self-study period helps in recalling all of the day’s lessons and gives them time for revision with the support of in-house teachers. 

Rest Hours from 3:40 PM
Students use this time for rejuvenation with a power nap or reflection time. This practice recharges what they have learned. This relaxation prepares them for the evening's activities.

Evening Games at 4:45 PM
Students again indulge in physical activity with evening sports. In the playing grounds, students engage in their favourite games, not only maintaining their health but also teamwork.

 

Evening Refreshments at 5:45 PM

Prior to dinner, students have light but nutritious  snacks to satisfy their cravings and keep them fueled for the evening. 

Evening Tuitions at 6:10 PM
Our qualified in-house teachers hold sessions to help students with exam preparations or specific subject needs. This academic support enhances the students’ understanding and confidence in their studies. 

Dinner gets served at 8:10 PM
Like all the other meals of the day, the last meal of the day is served with a balanced diet that ensures that the students receive the right nutrients for growth and health. 

Recreation and Relaxation from 8:30 PM 
In the common area of the boarding school, the students enjoy access to indoor games, a TV, and a lounge area, where they get an opportunity to relax at the end of the day. 

The day ends by 10 PM
The day for the students ends with lights out by 10 PM. Going to bed early ensures that students have ample rest to be ready for the challenges and excitement of the next day.
