The GVEA 150LB-16 Electric Actuated Cast Gate Valve is a 16-inch, 150LB RF flange end valve designed for reliable, high-performance operation in various industrial applications. This valve features an OS&Y (outside screw and yoke) design with a bolted bonnet and rising stem, ensuring smooth operation. It is equipped with a bypass type and electrical actuator for efficient control and automation. The body and bonnet are made from ASTM A216 WCB, while the wedge is constructed from ASTM A216 WCB with a 13CR alloy for enhanced wear resistance. The seat is made from ASTM A105 steel with a 13CR alloy to improve sealing capabilities, and the stem is crafted from 13CR for durability.

With a face-to-face dimension of 406 mm, this valve adheres to API 600 and ASME B16.5 standards. It is designed to withstand sealing pressure of 22 BAR and shell pressure of 30 BAR. The valve's design basis and range are compliant with ASME B16.34, GB 12234, and API 600 standards. Flanged ends are made according to ASME B16.5 and GB 9113, and butt-welding ends comply with ASME B16.25 standards, ensuring versatility and compatibility with various pipeline systems.
